How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once shipped. Most customers receive their order within 4–9 business days in total. As soon as your parcel leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship exclusively within Ireland to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. We’re always exploring ways to grow—so if we expand to new regions, our community will be the first to know.

What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, returning it is easy. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Just email us at info@lurenne.com, and we’ll walk you through the simple steps. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
